Functional and Non-Functional Requirements: The Hidden Complexity

Something extremely important in a project, and that has been very present in my day-to-day life in recent weeks, are the "famous" "functional and non-functional requirements." They are so important that if they are not clearly defined or given the appropriate priority, they can even lead to significant technical debt.
